Safety Gear

Helmet: Always wear a properly fitted helmet to protect your head from injuries.

Bright Clothing: Wear bright or reflective clothing to increase visibility, especially if you’re riding near roads.
Know Your Limits

Start Slow: Begin with trails that match your skill level and gradually work up to more challenging ones.

Avoid Overexertion: Take breaks when needed, stay hydrated, and listen to your body to avoid fatigue and accidents
Hydration and Nutrition

Stay Hydrated: Carry enough water to stay hydrated, especially on long rides in hot weather.

Pack Snacks: Bring energy bars, fruits, or other snacks to maintain energy levels during your ride.

Electrolytes: Consider bringing electrolyte supplements, especially during long or intense rides.
Trail Etiquette

Respect the Trail: Stay on designated trails to avoid damaging the environment and disrupting wildlife.

Yield to Others: Yield to hikers and those traveling uphill, and give a friendly heads-up when passing others.

Leave No Trace: Pack out everything you bring in, including trash, and avoid disturbing natural features.
FITNESS LEVEL
Intermediate fitness level is recommended to participate in this activity.

Intermediate: Moderate fitness is needed. You should be able to handle longer rides (1-2 hours), with some hills and uneven terrain.

Advanced: High fitness level is required. You should be prepared for strenuous rides, with steep climbs, technical descents, and longer durations (2-4 hours or more).

Helmet & protective gear will be provided for the rides.

Our crew will conduct the safety briefing and instructions before the ride to ensure your safety on the trails.

This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility and certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.

Participants must be aged 16+ to participate in this activity.

If you bring your own bikes - Cyclists whom wish to bring the own bikes, please feel free to do so and arrange your flights and check-in policies. Some airlines may have specific guidelines or restrictions. Bike transportation from Airport to hotel can be arranged with additional charges. Please contact us for more information.
DON'Ts
Singapore Trails, run by the awesome folks at National Parks Board, is all about good times and safe rides! Follow the park rules so we can keep the trails fun and safe for everyone. Enjoy your ride!
Don't feed native or stray animals, or release animals into our parks.
Don't disturb, follow or approach any wildlife.
Don't litter! Please keep the environment clean as it can spoil the beauty of our parks and also harm the wildlife.
Don't make a lot of noise in the park. So that the sounds of nature can be better appreciated.
Don't take home any flora or fauna.
Don't ride on the hiker's trails specifically for joggers and hikers only.
Don't smoking in the park. Smoking is prohibited at parks, gardens and nature reserves to safeguard air quality and protect the health and well-being of all visitors.
